Development

After researching my competition and target audience, I drew inspiration from vintage mascots and logos to create a unique mascot that embodies the spirit of the Catskill Mountains and my new coffee shop. I applied this branding to coffee products such as coffee beans, coffee cups, and creamer for Mountain Cat to sell.

OVerview

I created a coffee brand and packaging system for Mountain Cat Coffee Roasters, a hypothetical coffee shop in the Catskill Mountains of New York. As a New York native, I wanted to create a coffee brand that would bring more traffic and recognition to the faltering tourism economy in this hidden treasure of an outdoor vacationing area. Mountain Cat brings millenials from the city to a unique coffee spot to discover in the mountains and a gathering place for the community.
